Het is zover, ik doe een dag retreat aan mezelf cadeau. Gewoon omdat ik het verdien. Een dag waarbij yoga, adem en klank samenkomen. In mijn comfi outfit stap ik de yurt van Lonneke in. Daar zitten 8 vrouwen in een cirkel waar nog een yogamat voor mij naast de openhaard vrij is. Ik zie Lydia met prachtige kristallen klankschalen zitten en Lonneke met een grote harmonium. Ik krijg meteen een kop yogi thee en we stellen ons aan elkaar voor. Lonneke begeleidt ons met een yoga sessie waarbij we aankomen in het moment. Ik heb vaak moeite met gronden en zijn in het moment. Maar hier tussen de groene velden en kippen die om de yurt lopen voel ik me gedragen door moeder aarde. Het lukt me goed om naar binnen te keren.
